Every good challenge has rules and... incentives to win!
Please share your ideas for how we should set up the goals. Maybe you are at a safe weight but want to lower your blood pressure. Or maybe you are concerned about your blood sugar or cholesterol. How will define the rules to determine a winner of the challenge? What should the winner get? Do we each pay-in a few bucks and winner take all? Do we each add some glass or beads into a winners box? Incentive helps!
