Stress Busters!
Mood:  chillin'
We all get stressed in our daily lives.  How do you handle your stress?  Do you take an active roll in working with your stress or do you try to control your stress with your mind by telling yourself to calm down?  We might benefit by hearing of some new ways to work with our stress.

I think you are so right Gini - we call could learn from one another on this one - chances are many of us (like me) often turn to comfort foods when stressed - I STILL want that mac n' cheese!  I will ponder some of my ways to deal with stress (that are a bit healthier than Kraft) and post them later.
